Fertilizer Treatments
Lawns that receive Fertilizer program treatments are greener, more weed-free, and healthier. Our customized early season applications will give your lawn a great head-start for the growing season. Our special mixture of weed-killing formula eliminates weeds more quickly and still manages to remain environmentally friendly. Since your lawn’s needs change over the course of a year, we have created a comprehensive plan that provides just the care needed at each point. 
 
Pro Landscaping recommends you follow steps 1 thru 5  to have a more greener, Healthy + Weed Free Lawn!!


Step 1 (Late March-Early April)
A Balanced treatment to promote early Spring green up and recover from Winter damage while thickening lawns to prevent future weed problems. Includes a pre-emergent to prevent unwanted annual grasses and weeds from germinating.
 
Step 2
(Late April-Early May)
Time-released nitrogen to improve color and density and to prepare for summer stress as well as a blanket application of broadleaf control.
 
Step 3 (June-July)
Option #1
Balanced granular time-released treatment to maintain color and vigor throughout Summer.
 
Option #2
Same as above with a preventative insecticide to be stored in the lawns root system before damage is done. (must be applied between june 15th and August 1st for desired results)
 
Step 4 (August-September)
Time released nitrogen to thicken grass and promote root growth and repair after summer stress. Second application of broadleaf control.
 
Step 5 (Late October-Early November)
High Nitrogen treatment with a nutrient supply to prepare for Winter. Very important for survival of harsh winters and early spring green up.
